Spot description
There are various spots to choose from in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is a large shallow-water lagoon with ideal conditions for freestyle. There are also enough deep spots for big air or foiling.
For beginners, there are plenty of shallow areas with perfect conditions for practicing. Once you've mastered body dragging, you can venture into deeper water.
Directly above the dune, you can kitesurf on the Indian Ocean. It offers perfect conditions for strapless wave kiting, downwinder tours, or wing foiling in the waves.
We can take you anywhere by boat or transfer, or you can start directly from the Ocean View Resort on the ocean or the Kalpitiya Kite Club.
